As part of RJIS, we have access to a comprehensive selection of investment tools, research and back-office support, as well as robust compliance and supervision services that allow us to meet the individual needs of our clients in the most cost effective way.
RJIS are the UK private client investment management arm of Raymond James Financial Inc, a US based diversified financial services holding company, founded in 1963, with total client assets worldwide of $278 billion (as of 30th June 2011).
All client assets are held in custody with Pershing Securities Limited in segregated accounts. Pershing Securities Limited are a large well respected custodian with $715.8 billion in assets held in custody (as of 31 Dec 2009), and are a subsidiary of BNY Mellon, who itself has $22.3 trillion in assets under custody or administration (as of 31 Dec 2009) and were established in 1784.
