How will you deal with me? – our approach to the client relationship*

  1. Meeting you, meeting us

    This first meeting is all about discovery, so we can get to know you, your goals, ambitions and aspirations. You also get to understand how we work.

    At the end of the meeting we should both have a better understanding of whether you want to appoint us as your Investment Manager and whether we think we can add value to you as our client.

  2. A tailored response

    Establish your investment risk profile and present an appropriate investment solution for you. (For clients with existing investments, we can review these as well)

  3. Becoming a client

    Once you are happy with our investment proposal and agree our fee structure, we will prepare all the necessary paperwork to become a client.

  4. Now you are a client

    We manage your investments as agreed and provide you with regular valuations and updates. You will have 24/7 online access to your investment performance and portfolio values.

*This guide is an indication of the process we follow, however we work with clients at their own speed, depending upon the complexity of their circumstances.
