Ethical Portfolio for a charity Case Study

We were recently appointed to act for a charitable trust with specific ethical portfolio preferences. There were a number of trustees, each with their own level of investment experience. They were looking to target a real return above inflation and may need access to the portfolio to provide grants on an ad-hoc basis. We proposed a bespoke ethical portfolio based on their Investment Policy Statement through use of powerful investment tools which allow us to screen and construct ethical portfolios for clients.
